Each piece is carefully handmade in my studio in Northern Norway and packed with care before making its way to you.
Processing time
Most orders are shipped within 4 -7 business days.
Because each piece is handmade, processing times may occasionally be a little longer. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.
Free Shipping
We ship to selected countries within Europe. We currently do not sent outside of Europe.
Please note that orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Vidde Vibber / Sandrine Design has no control over these charges.
Customers are responsible for checking their country's import regulations and any potential additional costs before placing an order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery with Posten/Bring. Estimated delivery time: 14-30 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal service and customs processing.
International orders & customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs fees or import charges must be paid directly by the recipient.
Please note that Vidde Vibber / Sandrine Design has no control over these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.

Returns
We want you to love your Vidde Vibber jewelry. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.
Handmade Jewelry
Each Vidde Vibber piece is carefully handmade in my studio in Northern Norway. Small variations in texture, shape or finish may occur from one piece to another. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase jewelry online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sanverobo[at]gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and securely packaged.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
The refund will include the purchase price and, where required by law, the original standard delivery cost. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Jewelry
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with the piece, please contact us as soon as possible at sanvero[at]gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the jewelry and packaging. We will assess the issue and help you with the next steps in accordance with your consumer rights.
